Day 1 : Arrival and Welcome

Begin your healing retreat with a warm welcome and briefing about Wild Mountain, followed by check-in and a delicious hot lunch. Take some time to rest before joining a yoga for-strength session at Kasratshala and a guided evening stroll around the Wild Mountain, culminating in evening snacks and a cozy bonfire.

4:00 PM: Attend an introductory yoga class.
5:30 PM: Take an evening jungle walk nearby to connect with nature.

Day 2:Yoga and Swing Science

Begin your day with the serenity of Hasta Vinyasa and Pranayama practice, coupled with a nourishing breakfast. Replenish with a nutritious breakfast and engage in a discussion promoting healthy habits. Relish a nourishing lunch and then delve into the science of swings with a Swing Science Introduction. Later, enjoy a cozy bonfire at the property and share a delightful dinner.

10:15 AM: Fuel up with a wholesome breakfast.
12:00 PM: Engage in a Discussion on Promoting Healthy Habits.

Day 3: Suryanamaskar and Nature Exploration

Start your day with a revitalizing Suryanamaskar Sequence, setting a positive tone for what lies ahead. Relish a hearty breakfast, allowing the flavors to complement the morning’s energy. Dive into the exploration of Forward & Reverse Swings, gaining insights into the artistry of movement. Take a moment to appreciate a leisurely lunch, nurturing both body and mind. The afternoon unfolds with focus on lower body workouts and fundamental footwork techniques, refining your physical capabilities. Day 4: Yoga, Sinwali, and Waterfall Hike

Start your day with Spine waves & pranayama, followed by a nutritious breakfast. Immerse yourself in the serenity of forest bathing and a morning waterfall hike. Enjoy a wholesome lunch and later, dive into Sinawali: Double Stick Drill Session. Wrap up the day by sharing stories and enjoying dinner together.

Day 5: Arm Balance, Swings, PTK and Live Music

Start your day with an introduction to arm balance and safe inversions. Recharge with a nutritious breakfast and delve into the artistry of Pekiti Tirsia Kali’s 12 Angles Form. Enjoy a wholesome lunch and later refine your skills with classical mace and club swing techniques. As the day progresses, immerse yourself in the rhythm during a live music flow jam session. Conclude the day with a celebratory dinner, savoring the culmination of enriching experiences.

10:00 AM: Recharge with a nutritious breakfast.
12:00 PM: Explore Pekiti Tirsia Kali’s 12 Angles Form.

Day 6: Revisions & Checkout

  • 70 % Cancellations less than 7 days in advance.
  • 50% in the case of 15 days in advance.

Taxi: If you prefer to book a taxi in advance, you can search for local taxi companies online. Alternatively, you can ask our staff to arrange a taxi for you upon arrival.
Bike & Scooty Hire: If you’re comfortable riding a bike, you can also rent a bike or scooter to get to Wild Mountain Homestay. Our staff can help you arrange a bike rental upon request.

Bike With Guide: If you are traveling solo & looking for an economical way to reach Wild Mountain Homestay our bike taxi service can be an amazing option. Price for a bike taxi from Tapovan(Laxman Jhula) & Bus/Railway Station is 300 & 400 Rupees respectively.
