Day 1: Arrival and Evening Yoga Class

  • Participants arrive in Rishikesh and check-in at Sahaja Retreat.

Day 2: Kunjapuri Sunrise and Sound Healing

  • Early morning trip to Kunjapuri for sunrise yoga at 1700 meters.
  • Breakfast at Tattva Cafe Tapovan.
  • Buffet lunch and dinner at Camp Sahaja Retreat.
  • Evening yoga class followed by soul-soothing sound healing.

 

Day 3: Yoga, Meditation, and Ganga Arti

  • Morning yoga and pranayama class.

    • To confirm participation and secure a spot in the retreat, a 100% advance payment is mandatory. This signifies a commitment from participants to attend the retreat.
  2. Refund Structure:
    • For cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the retreat, a 50% refund of the total payment will be processed.
    • Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the event will be eligible for a 30% refund of the total payment.
  3. No Refund:
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the retreat. This policy emphasizes a strict stance on late cancellations due to the logistical considerations involved in organizing the retreat.
  4. Refund Request Process:
    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the provided contact information. The processing time for refunds, if applicable, will be communicated to the participant upon receiving the cancellation request.
  5. Transferability:
    • The reservation for the retreat is non-transferable. The registered participant must be the one attending the retreat.
  6. Force Majeure:
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the organizers reserve the right to make changes to the retreat schedule or cancel the retreat. In such cases, participants will be informed, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be provided.

  • Upon arrival, taxis and auto-rickshaws are readily available for a short journey to your retreat destination.

By Road:

  • Rishikesh is well-connected by road, offering a scenic drive from major cities like Delhi and Dehradun.
  • Public and private buses, as well as taxis, operate on these routes.

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Dehradun airport or Rishikesh, as it is not included in the retreat package.
